Warranty

We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewelry, which is why we offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover:
    •    Lost items
    •    Normal wear and tear
    •    Discoloration or fading due to exposure to chemicals, perfumes, heat, or improper care
    •    Scratches from daily use
    •    Broken Jewelry due to improper handling

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

1. Reach Out to Us: If your jewelry has tarnished within the warranty period, please contact us at support@Adebibrand.com. Be sure to include the subject line: “Warranty Claim - Order #[Your Order Number].”

Disclaimer: The warranty period starts from the date your order is delivered.

2. Submit Proof of Purchase: Attach your proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) along with a brief description of the issue.

3. Provide Clear Photos: Include high-quality photos that clearly show the tarnished areas of the jewelry. This helps us assess the issue and speed up the approval process. Please hold on to the defective item, as we may require it to be returned. Failure to return the item may result in the voiding of the warranty.

4. Review & Approval: Once we receive your claim, our team will review it within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email if your claim is approved.

5. Return Shipping: If your claim is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item.

6. Replacement Shipment: After receiving the returned item, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement at no extra charge. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your replacement is on its way.


WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

The warranty is only valid for items purchased directly from Adebi Brand or authorized retailers.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

The warranty does not cover items that have been intentionally damaged or misused.
