1. What are your products made of?
Our jewelry is crafted from 18K gold-plated stainless steel or sterling silver, offering a beautiful finish and long-lasting durability. These materials are waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and designed for everyday wear. Most of our jewelry is waterproof; if otherwise, this information will be provided on the order page.
2. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects. However, this warranty does not cover discoloration caused by chemicals, perfumes, heat exposure, or general wear and tear. Please refer to our jewelry care instructions to maintain your pieces.
3. What are your order processing times?
Orders are processed within 24-72 hours for both international and U.S. orders.
4. What is your shipping policy?
• Canada & US Orders: Orders are processed within 2-7 business days and shipped within 2-4 business days. Total delivery time is 5-12 business days.
• International Orders: Processing takes 3-7 business days, and shipping takes 7-14 business days. Delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks for pre-orders.
• Pick-Up Option: Available for local customers.
• Delays: Shipping delays may occur and are out of our control. Refunds will not be provided due to delays.

5. Do you have a physical store?
No, we do not have an in-person store. However, we offer pick-ups and participate in pop-up events. Follow us on our social media for updates on upcoming pop-ups.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
• If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you have 15 days to request a return.
• Any issues with your order must be reported within 3 days of receiving it.
• We only offer store credits for refunds.
• Damaged orders can opt for a refund, store credit, or replacement product.

Yes, all taxes are included in the price of our products. There are no additional taxes at checkout.
