At Adebi Brand, we aim to ensure your orders are processed and delivered to you in a timely manner. Please carefully read our shipping policy below for details.
Order Processing Times
• Standard Orders: Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number (unless non-tracked shipping is chosen).
• Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items may take 1-7 business days to process before shipping.
Canada & US Shipping Policy
• Processing Time: 2-7 business days.
• Shipping Time: 2-4 business days via courier.
• Total Delivery Time: Processing + shipping can take 5-12 business days.
Please note: Delays can occur and are out of our control. Refunds will not be provided for delays.

International Shipping Policy
• Processing Time: 3-7 business days.
• Shipping Time: 7-14 business days.
• Pre-Order Items: Pre-order processing takes up to 3-5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, delivery may take 2-3 weeks.
Taxes and Duties:
Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. These are not included in the checkout total, and Adebi Brand is not responsible for these additional fees.

Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout, as we cannot redirect orders once they are shipped.
• If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will need to pay for re-shipment.
• The package will be held for 20 days, during which we will notify you of the re-shipment cost. If unpaid, the order will be canceled without refund.
Delivery Information
• Once the courier scans your package, Adebi Brand is no longer responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
• For any issues, contact the courier directly as they will have the most updated tracking information.
• If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Adebi Brand will not issue refunds or cancellations.
