Refunds and Returns


At Adebi, we strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, if something isn’t right, please review our return policy below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer store credit or exchanges for all eligible returns. Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

    •    The item is damaged upon arrival.

    •    You received an item that was not what you ordered.

    •    If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Important Notes:

    •    Delays in shipping are outside our control and will not qualify for refunds.

    •    All issues, such as damage or incorrect items, must be reported within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at support@adebibrand.com.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

    •    Earrings (for hygiene reasons).    

    •    Items marked as final sale.

    •    Gift cards  

    •    Tarnished or discolored items caused by chemical exposure, perfumes, bleaching, heat, or general wear and tear.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

HOW TO RETURN 

    1.    Report the issue to us within 3 days of delivery (or within 15 days if you are unhappy with your purchase) by emailing support@adebibrand.com with your order number and details.

    2.    Once approved, repack the item in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

    3.    Use a trackable shipping service to return the item to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected:

    •    A store credit gift card will be issued for returned items.

    •    Or we will ship a replacement item of your choice (of equal value).

    •    Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days of receiving items.

Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Please mark the parcel as “returned goods” to avoid additional duties. Use a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
